Update Your Mate Contest
As a reward for being enthusiastic contestants, Samsung awarded their powerful device (worth $1299) to all 4 contestants of Campus Magazine’s very own Update Your Mate Contest. And to get them acquainted with the camera and to celebrate Singapore’s 47th birthday, the contestants were told to dress up in their best red-and-white gear, take a picture with their smart camera and upload it on Campus’s Facebook page utilising the NX’s inbuilt Wi-fi capability.
The response received from both fans of the page and of the product was astounding.
Yeu Wing, one of the Update Your Mate contestants proclaimed about being a Samsung convert, “I’ve always loved photography and I have dabbled with a few other cameras, but the Samsung NX210 has got to be the smoothest running machine ever. Just the other day, I snapped a perfect picture of my friend in the midst of a skateboarding stunt. After uploading it onto my Facebook page, I immediately received a ton of ‘likes’.
