O level results will be out next Monday – for those of you receiving it, are you fretting over what you should do now? Here’s a quick 5 steps guide to aid you in your quest of decisions if you have yet to have any plans thus far!
- Results Day
Calm your nerves – you’ve already did you best and all that awaits if for you to sign off and get the results. Whatever the results may be, what’s done is done, so all that’s left is to decide, where forth do you want to go to? - Where to?
JC, Poly or even straight to a degree – you are probably thinking about these options now. For those who are waiting to decide after you get your results, you can perhaps drop by the Poly Open Houses that are happening over this weekend. With informative sessions and program counsellors on site, they’ll answer all your queries that you may have to the course. If Diplomas and Degrees are what you are looking for, LASALLE and NAFA are having their Open Houses next week as well. - Weigh your options
Given the array of courses and subjects out there, consider what it is that you want to do after you graduate, or if that’s too far away, which option appeals more to you. Spend time to think through each of the options that you have before you decide, and hopefully, not because your friends are going to whichever and you don’t want to leave them! - Decide
Once you have made your choice which you think is the best for you, go for it then! Make sure you have alternative choices to where you want to go or what you want to pursue your interest in, and that these are also to your interest – not randomly filled in on the fields just because you needed something as your alternative options! - Wait for your posting resultsWith that done, well, enjoy the last of your carefree days…play hard, rest well and prepare for the next chapter of your life to unfold!
We wish all of you the best of luck in getting your results!
