From 12 – 14 June and 19 – 21 June 2015, Singapore Dance Theatre will be presenting the 20th edition of Ballet Under the Stars at Fort Canning Green.
Started in 1995, Ballet Under the Starts has grown to become Singapore’s favourite dance event, with Singaporeans and tourists joining this annual celebration, regardless of them being dancers or dance lovers.
The first weekend of contemporary ballets will include a medley of works including Double Contrast by Choo-San Goh, Rubies by George Balanchine and Lambarena by Val Caniparoli. The second weekend will comprise of a fusion of classical and contemporary pieces such as Concerto Barocco and Serenade by George Belanchine as well as Schubert Symphony by Choo-San Goh.
