SHINEee World II makes its fourth stop in Singapore on 8 December

SHINee’s second Asia Tour – SHINee World II – kick-started in Seoul on July 21 & 22 this year with the boys performing to a full house with over 20,000 attendees on both days. Singapore will be the 4th stop after Taipei and Hong Kong, which saw an attendance of 18,000 and 10,000 respectively.
This popular R&B K-Pop group will stage their one-night only concert in Singapore on 8 December (Saturday) at the Singapore Indoor Stadium at 6pm, with tickets going at $178 (balcony) and $238 (moshpit & terrace). SHINee World II in Singapore features the largest mosh pit that will cater to 3,500 fans.
Consisting of 5 members – Jonghyun, Key, Onew, Minho and Taemin – the boys are known for their smooth R&B tunes and iconic brightly-coloured fashion (dubbed the ‘SHINee Trend’). Since their debut in 2008, SHINee have since released 3 full-length albums, 4 mini-albums and various singles and have garnered awards like ‘Best New Male Group’ in the 2008 Mnet Awards.While this concert will be the group’s second solo concert in Singapore (their first was on 10 September 2011), they were also part of the recent SM Town Live World Tour III which happened on 23 November this year at The Float@Marina Bay featuring fellow K-Pop artists such as BoA, Super Junior and Girls’ Generation.SHINee World II will feature songs from their latest album ‘Sherlock’, which was launched in March 2012 and set the record for most album sales in the month, with 135,000 copies sold in Korea alone.With the SHINee World II’s production value set at $1.8 million, fans in Singapore can look forward to a spectacular audio and visual feast.SHINee World II marks Running Into The Sun’s 9th concert in 2012, which included other K-Pop luminaries such as Big Bang, Super Junior and Kim Hyun Joong.
